- You will work with this exercise in the lower part of the pectorals and the triceps.
- 1 to 4 sets of 8 to 10 repetitions.
Dumbbell flies on a flat bench:

- Bend the elbows slightly and keep that angle throughout the movement.
- Move your hands following a full arch; to join them in front of you, feeling the contraction of the pectoral muscles.
- The higher the crosses, the greater the incidence on the upper part of the chest.
- If you lower them too low, you bring the dorsal muscles into action and reduce the effect on the pectorals.
- Keep your arms in the same position to avoid using the triceps.
- 1 to 4 sets of 8 to 12 repetitions.
Peck Deck machine
- You have to support your back against the vertical seat.
- Hold the front ends firmly, keeping the elbows high, and squeeze them until they meet.
- Return again to the initial position, trying to stretch correctly, always under control, and never making a rebound.
- 1 to 4 series of 8 to 10 repetitions.
Breathing is a simple exercise for a firm bust that enhance your chest muscles and expands your lungs. You should practice it whenever you can.
- Hold your hands behind your body.
- Take a deep breath and hold it as long as possible, then carefully expel it.
